Please have the device fully charged before using it
1)The power button shows white light when the device is being charged, when it finish charging, the light turns to green.
2)Quick press the button 3 times, the device starts heating with white light, after 15 seconds, the light turns to green when the device is ready for dabbing.
3)Always press 3 times the power button to start up or shut down the device.
4)The power button light will flash 5 times when low battery; and 3 times when short circuit.
 
Temperature indicating
1)The titanium chamber can reach the highest temperature 950ºF;
2)The titanium chamber reach to 580ºF after first time heating;
3)The titanium chamber will be 680ºF after 2 times continuous heating;
4)After 3 times continuous heating, the titanium chamber can be 780ºF;
Please have the device heat no more than 5 times continuously to avoid the possibility of get burned.

Yes, we give you 2 nails when you order a HEnail and you can replace them whenever you want.

6. How long is the warranty and what does it cover?
1-year warranty on all electrical components. The warranty does not cover any glass pieces.

7. What happens if the glass breaks?
Our warranty only covers electrical components. If the glass attachment breaks, we will be offering replacements for purchase.

8. The white material under the nail looks like its melting?
This is normal. The material is Teflon insulation and tends to expand when to keep the heat transfer secure.

9. Can I use the HEnail for flowers or dry plant material too?
The HEnail is specifically designed for vaporizing concentrates and essential oils, providing the user with a healthier alternative to traditional forms of smoking.

10. What do I do if the holes get clogged in the glass with residue?
