Packing and Shipping

1. Free package:  opp + bubble bag + carton(1 watch package into 1 opp,10 opp package into 1 bubble bag,200 bubble bag package into 1 paper carton,carton size is 47 x 28 x 31 cm)

2. Gift package:  We have the paper box, bamboo box, pine box in stock with BEWELL logo, so this charged box is avaiable when you choose our stock BEWELL watch.  
Also, OEM customized box is available, it can be do based on above box or per your own design. 

3. Shipping ways: we usually use express to shipping the watch, it’s fafest and safer, door to door services, the shipping time about 3~5 working days. eg, DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, EMS and so on.

1. What’s the best price for the watch I show great interests?
A: We will quote you the best price based on the quantity, movement, package you want. So when you making an inquiry, please let us know more information.

2. What’s the MOQ? Can I mix models and colors?
A: MOQ is 10pcs for stock watches with Bewell/Bedate logo, can mix color and model; MOQ is 100pcs for your own design or logo, can’t mix color and model, also based on full wood and leather strap style; For steel watch, MOQ is 500pcs, you can mix 2-3 colors .

3. What’s the delivery time?
A: Production time is 30-45 working days after confirming with every detail.

4. What’s the packing?
A: Our usual packing for the watch is opp bag+bubble bag. Of course, we can offer paper box and wooden box, but you need to pay extra.

5. Can we print our own logo?
A: Yes, of course.

6.What about the warranty?
A: We are very confident in our products, and we pack them very well, so usually you will receive the order in good condition. But to avoid any subsequent trouble regarding the quality issue, we suggest that you check the watches once you receive them, and let us know the details if there are any damaged ones. so that we can deal with it accordingly.
